Conference Registration

Open from June 20 2022

Registration will be mandatory for all conference participants. The conference policy requires that at least one author of an accepted paper must have paid a standard registration fee by July 17 2022 in order for the final submission to be uploaded at the paper submission website. Standard registration permits upload of up to two final papers. Only standard registration allows paper uploads. Paper upload is not included with the student-rate registration category.

Registration for members of Danske Maritime

Members of Danske Maritime interested in attending the conference can access it at the following rates

• Full conference package (look below at Late Registration for details) at 3600 DKK (~ 486 $)

• Industrial day (look below at Industrial Day Registration for details) at 1200 DKK  (~160 $)

Registration to the conference is done at https://ifac.papercept.net/registration . In addition to payment of registration fees by credit card, it is now possible to pay the registration fee by wire transfer using the following bank account information:

If you register by wire transfer, then you will be allowed to upload the final manuscript after the payment has been verified by the National Organizing Committee.

Cancellation Policy

If an author has uploaded a paper using his or her registration, the registration will not be refunded, unless the paper is withdrawn.

Other requests for a refund of the registration fee will be processed as follows:

• Requests received by the early-bird registration deadline of July 17 2022 will be fully honored and all registration charges will be refunded.

• Requests received between July 18 2022 and September 2 2022 will receive a 50% refund.

• No refunds will be given for requests received after September 2 2022.
